Yvonne Toll is one of Atlanta's premier trumpet players. She has been in high demand as a free-lance musician since moving to the area in1988. She received the undergraduate degree from North Park College in Chicago and the Masters of Music from the Eastman School of Music, where she was awarded the prestigious Performers Certificate.

Ms. Toll joined the Atlanta Opera in 1996 and was appointed Principal Trumpet of both the Atlanta Opera and the Augusta Symphony in 1997. She is also Principal Trumpet of the new Elysium Chamber Orchestra and Chorus, the Southeast's only combined chamber orchestra and chorus. She has been a member of the Gwinnett Philharmonic Orchestra since it's formation in 1994 and was Principal Trumpet of the Rialto Orchestra and the Peachtree Pops. Ms. Toll often performs with the Atlanta Symphony when needed. As well as performing symphonic works, Ms. Toll is often seen in the orchestra pit at the Fox Theater playing for various Broadway shows.

In addition to her performing schedule, Ms. Toll maintains a teaching studio of students ranging in age from 10 to 78 including several students from GA Perimeter College and Georgia State University. During the past several years she has taught students from Columbus University and Agnes Scott College.
